This program focuses on a professional training as a tool to pump fresh blood to the Saudi evolving market. More than 300 young candidates are trained per annum free of charge. Additionally, all candidates receive a monthly monetary incentive. The candidates post training jobs are secured within Al-Fozan Group. An annual graduation ceremony is held to reward those who successfully complete the training requirements. As we pioneered this initiative, many corporate in the region are now collaborating with us to produce more programs and to train more candidates.
Million workers:
So far the wholesale and retail workers number is nearly a million people in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the vast majority of them are non-Saudis, more than 90% of them their qualifications is lower than higher education, this economic activity is the first in the Kingdom in terms of number of employees in the private sector. Also, this program relies on intensive training in the conduct of professional sales, specialized in English language, its characterized by the daily practical application in the workplace is where the real training is, the 8 hours of daily training is divided into and consisting of two parts: theoretical training and practical training at selling area.
