Atheel Holding Co. is the result of a joint venture between 2 of the most powerful family businesses in KSA: Al Fozan Group and Al Muhaidib Group.
Atheel operates in multiple sectors including: real estate, investment, construction, industrial and manufacturing.it was incorporated in 2009 and plays a strategic role in the support of Al Muhaidib and Al Fozan groups.
Atheel’s key purpose is in the management and supervision of both group’s investments programs. It contributes to building managerial skills to both groups and be a direct and indirect driver of their success through the development, planning and oversight of human and financial resources.
