Al-Fozan Social Foundation has announced the launch of the “Sakeena” initiative in partnership with the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque. The two entities signed a strategic agreement aimed at implementing a comprehensive digital transformation system that enhances indicator management and improves the performance of services provided in the Two Holy Mosques.

The partnership leverages modern digital technologies to enhance data management and performance measurement, ultimately boosting operational efficiency and the quality of services offered to pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors of the Holy Mosques. It also supports the delivery of a comprehensive visitor experience that aligns with the ongoing development of the service ecosystem in the Two Holy Mosques.

This initiative is part of broader efforts to elevate the efficiency of the Authority’s services through adopting full-scale digital transformation and advanced technologies, contributing to improved service quality and enriched visitor experiences.
